This mixed-use, urban mid-rise project is sited in a rapidly changing industrial area of Richmond City just west of Scott’s Addition. An existing industrial building was demolished to make way for this five-story “wrap”, wood-framed residential structure surrounding a precast concrete parking garage.
Exterior cladding for the complex includes brick veneer, fiber cement siding, and metal wall panels. Roof systems include TPO membranes and metal awnings. Amenity areas include an elaborate pool courtyard located outside of the first floor, double-height club room and a fitness center. The project also includes a 3,500-square-foot commercial retail space on one of the building’s prominent corners.
