Situated on an 8-acre site in easternmost Norfolk, this multi-family residential development comprises two hundred ninety-seven (297) apartment units within two four-story buildings. Twenty-three (23) garages are tucked into the first floors along with amenity spaces to include a coffee lounge, live/work spaces, sundries shop, gourmet kitchen, fitness room, yoga room, and leasing offices. Pass-through portals visually connect the outdoor gathering spaces within open courtyards of the two buildings, one of which includes an elaborate swimming pool. A separate 1,100 SF pet center helps residents care for their furry, four-legged friends. Livano Norfolk was KBS’ third project with Birmingham, Alabama based LIV Development.
