Virginia War Memorial Expansion
This expansion adds 26,500 square feet of educational facilities, administrative office space, a lecture hall, a second shrine and a parking deck. The new shrine, on the memorial’s eastern side, honors veterans from the Global War on Terror. The 61,000-square-foot parking deck adds 172 spaces.
Northside YMCA Renovations and Expansion
The Northside YMCA renovation totals 19,000 square feet and 2,700 square feet of additions doubles the size of the fitness center, adds a community kitchen and group exercise rooms.
Petersburg YMCA Renovations and Expansion
The Petersburg YMCA renovation totals 16,000 square feet and includes a new entrance lobby, child care area, café, community kitchen, community room, group exercise room and an expanded wellness facility. Renovations include improvements to the yoga room, sauna and locker rooms.
