Phase 1 includes the new construction of an 18-story residential development on a 2.89-acre site, featuring 375 units and a 524-space, five-level parking garage in Richmond’s historic Manchester neighborhood. Designed in alignment with the Richmond 300 Master Plan, the project supports Manchester’s growth as one of the city’s most active and transformative mixed-use districts, adding high-quality housing while preserving the community’s unique character and history.
Incorporating feedback from local stakeholders, design for 301 W. 6th Street preserves the site’s iconic downtown views beyond zoning requirements and includes thoughtfully-planned green space – contributing to the neighborhood’s livability and walkable, urban appeal.
