5 Things About Me
- I was born and raised in the Richmond Area where my wife and I have been married 30+ years and have raised 3 kids.
- I should have known I would be a “numbers” guy when my elementary school principal chose me to push the “supply cart” around to all the cubes and report the daily sales of school supplies.
- I played both soccer (center forward) and baseball (center field) in College, before getting serious with my accounting degree.
- My twin brother and I married girls who were college roommates who had birthdays within three days of each other, both middle names with Elizabeth. My twin held the position of KBS CFO before me!
- One of my first tax returns I prepared as a CPA novice was for a 70’s rock band “Black Sabbath”…Ozzy Osbourne fame!

I like the most about working at KBS because of the environment. Bill and Dennis have created a profitable company that allows employees to grow personally and professionally and offers a healthy balance of work and home life. They also do a great job of evaluating risk.
