Located off Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield, Whitten Brothers’ new Mazda dealership replaces its previous location on an adjacent site. Construction of the new 40,000-square-foot dealership involved the full renovation of the existing body shop, transforming it into a brand new, spacious location that better serves customer needs. The project includes a modern showroom and lobby area (including a glass atrium that highlights Mazda vehicles on a two-story lift), office space, a full-service garage, and retail space. KBS also completed a 180-space parking lot adjacent to the new dealership that supports both sales and service operations.
