This five-story apartment complex houses 403 apartment units (including five live/work units) within wood-framed structures over steel-framed amenity spaces. The project also includes a five-level, 444-car precast concrete parking garage; two unique, open-air courtyards; and extensive resident amenities including ground floor leasing offices, media and club rooms, fitness and yoga rooms, a business center, a rooftop lounge, outdoor roof deck, community pool and sun deck, bocce ball courts, dog runs, multiple fire pits and fire tables, grilling stations, and an outdoor bar. Over 17 acres of site development work was performed including the Wells Fargo office surface parking lot expansion/replacement.
