Four years ago we started the “12 Cans of Christmas” challenge. This challenge takes place from December 1st through the 15th, when employees can donate money, cans of food and/or nonperishable items. For every 12 cans or $10.00 an employee donates, they receive an extra hour of vacation time to catch up on last minute shopping or to spend with family and friends. These donations go towards helping FeedMore provide meals to those less fortunate. It is important to KBS that everyone gets an opportunity to spend time connecting with others during the holidays, and the “12 Cans of Christmas” challenge is a great way for our employees to do that.
Our employees are a generous bunch, and we are thrilled that we were able to collect 550 food items and $2,000 in cash donations this year! We are proud of our KBS family, and honored to help FeedMore.
