Congratulations to the Brookland Park Project Team for their efforts and the well-deserved recognition as the 3rd Quarter Safety & Quality Award Winning Project of 2016! The Project Team consists of:

Megan Garland – Project Assistant
These folks have managed to maintain a high level of safety excellence from the onset of the project under less than desirable working conditions. The documentation trail maintained by the team has been superb. The minimal number of safety infractions identified by their Safety Department have always been corrected on the spot and steps are taken to prevent their recurrence. Violations are found from time to time, but the Safety Department finds great comfort in the approach taken by the team towards immediately addressing each item. Brookland Park has certainly demonstrated a management approach that has raised the bar for safety, thus earning them the recognition.
The team has also done an excellent job of meeting and exceeding quality expectations through continual inspections and coming up with creative solutions on a very complicated remodel. They continue to monitor the project through daily quality inspections and effectively tracking any necessary repairs through completion. They have done an excellent job working together as a team to provide a quality product.
