Montague Terrace

Construction of a 107,168-square-foot complex consisting of 96 apartment units; 56 two-bedroom units and 40 three-bedroom units. The project includes four apartment buildings, three 28-unit buildings, which includes a terrace level, and one 12-unit building. There is a detached 2,242 -square-foot clubhouse. The buildings exterior consists of brick and siding.

All work is to comply with Virginia Housing Development Authority 2010 minimum design and construction requirements. The completed project requires EarthCraft Multifamily Certification.
