Parkside at Beth Sholom

Construction of a three-story, 78,000-square-foot addition to an existing assisted living facility. The facility includes 73-units and features a 5,000-square-foot multi-purpose room attached to Parkside’s southwest corner and creates a central courtyard. Also includes a loading dock, kitchen, fitness room, hair salon and laundry room.

The project includes extensive sitework including a new entrance onto Gayton Road, parking and a service road. All work took place while the existing buildings are occupied requiring close coordination and communication to prevent disruptions to operations and maintain the safety of the residents.
