Monroe Apartments

The Monroe is a student housing facility located in Charlottesville between the new University of Virginia South Lawn addition and the University hospital. This facility is used as student housing but is privately funded.

The building consists of four-stories of apartment space totaling in 33,208-square-feet and 23-apartment units and one business center. The apartments are a mixture between two-, three- and four-bedrooms, all equipped with private bathrooms and kitchens in all units. The Monroe also has a 17,307-square-foot, two-story parking deck with an elevator, security cameras, key pad main entrances and back up generator.
