The Villages at Stoney Run

The Villages at Stoney Run is a mixed-use development featuring approximately 186 multi-family units, 120 residential condominiums and 34,000 square feet of retail commercial space. A portion of the commercial space is situated directly below residents offering a unique urban setting.

Luxury breezeway style apartments are set back from the shops and include a 24-hour health and wellness center, conference facility, resort style pool, tanning salon, stainless steel grill stations, high definition movie theater, monitored intrusion alarms, and a washer and dryer in each home. The condominiums include garages, patio or balcony and nine-foot ceilings.

The extensive sitework package included road widenings, turn lane construction and new signals for main thoroughfares, wetlands mitigation permit with the Corp of Engineers and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, infrastructure installation and extensive permitting and scheduling with the City of Newport News.
