American Heritage Building
Originally built in 1909, the American Heritage Building was renovated for adaptive reuse from office to residential with commercial space remaining on the two lower floors. Eleven stories and the basement of the building were renovated into a total of 57 upscale apartments, which will be sold as condos at the end of five years. The top two floors are two-story townhouse apartments and some have patios. Floors three-ten are one-story units. The building has a steel frame and masonry exterior. |
