KBS performed construction management services for the second floor, 20,000-square-foot, Class A tenant upfit for Bon Secours including Millie Lancaster Women’s Center, Bariatric Weight loss, Tidewater Surgical, Heart and Vascular Institute, and Cardiology Services.
Included are main lobbies, nurse’s stations, tech rooms, exam rooms and break rooms. The project was completed in three months.
