The Summit at Scott’s Addition
The Summit is a six-story building consisting of 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and five stories of apartments above located at the intersection of West Broad Street and Summit Avenue along the rapid transit bus route.
The Oliver Apartments
The Oliver is the redevelopment of the 1909 Herod Seed building and the Oliver Chilled Plow building into 53 apartment units in addition to the new construction of a 111-unit apartment building. The one- and two-bedroom units feature with loft- and garden-style floor plans, some with exposed brick walls and large windows.
The Nest
The Nest is a six-story, 118-unit apartment project in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood. Two 1970s-era office buildings and two accompanying surface parking lots were demolished to may way for the project. The development includes five stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments above a mix of parking and commercial space fronting West Marshall Street.
The Current
The Current is a full-block mixed-use development in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood. It includes multi-residential, office, and retail spaces creating a small community with shared common spaces featuring a ground-level courtyard and pool. These are accessed via a public plaza connecting 4th and Hull Streets that fronts the residential and office lobby, as well as the corner retail space.
South Falls Tower
South Falls is a planned mixed-used development just steps from the banks of the James River in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood. The initial phase is the construction of a 14-story, L-shaped building with 256 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with river views.
Circ Apartments
On a former parking lot at West Grace and North Lombardy streets near Stuart Circle, the development is a five-story building consisting of 106 apartment units.
10th and Dairy Apartments
10th and Dairy, located in the master planned Dairy Central development in Charlottesville, is a new 226,000-square-foot mid-rise building with 180 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include structured parking with 139 spaces, coworking space, resident lounge, fitness room, dog spa and a bike storage room.
The Penny at Jackson Ward
The Penny at Jackson Ward is located at Adams and Marshall Street in Richmond’s Arts District. The development has 167 units and 178 parking spaces in a two-level, below-grade parking garage under the first-floor retail space. The Locks Tower
The Locks Tower is a 354,846-square-foot apartment development with 237 one- and two-bedroom units. With 11 floors above grade and one level below-grade, the residential high-rise precast concrete-frame is supported on shallow concrete foundations that bear on existing soils which were improved with engineered, grouted columns.
The Edge at American Tobacco Center
The Valley West Apartments is an urban mid-rise apartment project located in the Shockoe Bottom area in the heart of downtown Richmond. It consists of 156 units with 4 stories of wood framed construction on a podium slab with two levels of parking garage below.
