Construction on this four-story, 132-unit senior living facility was completed in September of 2006. The steel-frame, brick-veneer residential facility is designed to have virtually everything independent seniors need in a secure location.

The Commons at Centerbrooke’s spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments surround a central courtyard where residents can access a private dining room, fitness center, an Internet center with personal email accounts, a library and interior walking trails. Individual suites have kitchenettes and are equipped with the latest safety equipment.

Within walking distance of the building are a shopping center, medical offices, restaurants, a YMCA, churches and a new hospital.
