KBS completed construction on this two-story assisted living facility in November of 2000. This project consists of 60 units including studio and one-bedroom suites.
Amenities include a library, rooftop garden, a memory impaired wing, barbershop and beauty salon, indoor therapy pool, private dining room and park. Individual suites are large, have kitchenettes and are equipped with the latest safety equipment. Many living units have park-like views with private patios.
The building is a steel frame structure with brick veneer and an asphalt/membrane roof. The HVAC system is comprised of a central RTU and split system. Finishes include wood trim and a sloped curtainwall atrium.
