Construction included a clubhouse facility and pavilion area. With cart storage on the lower level, the upper level of the clubhouse has been designed to accommodate the dining room, kitchen and bar area, as well as the pro shop and men's and women's locker rooms.

The clubhouse is an EFIS and Hardie Siding building with large porches with decorative stone fireplaces. The pavilion has a large open area with a kitchen and bathrooms and has painted wood siding and stone masonry columns.
