Plans for this project were designed with a variety of amenities. There are several different layouts for the all-suite hotel featuring ceramic tile floors, marble vanity tops, sitting areas and kitchenettes complete with breakfast nooks.

Conference and meeting room facilities, an exercise room, indoor pool and spa area and an outside sports court were also incorporated into the design.

This seven-story structure is a combination of cast-in-place concrete, masonry bearing walls with precast floor planks and structural steel.
