Construction of the Country Club of Virginia Aquatic Center includes demolition of all existing pool structures and new construction of approxi- mately 10,600 square feet of indoor space, includ- ing locker rooms, aquatics offices, pool equipment rooms and snack bar / kitchen, all with brick veneer and detailed trim to match existing clubhouse.
The project includes five new pools which include an adult pool, recreation pool, competition pool, diving pool and baby pool, with approximately 39,500 square feet of pool decks and multiple per- golas and shade structures.
Above the roof structure of the locker rooms and snack bar will be a dining terrace that will offer panoramic views of the New Aquatics Center and the golf course.
