The 5,000-square-foot single-family community clubhouse is located in the upscale Tarrington Subdivision in Chesterfield County.
Construction of the clubhouse and poolhouse consists of wood framing and brick veneer. The project included extensive pool construction including a 6,450-square-foot recreation / lap pool, a 1,280-square-foot adult pool and a 470-square-foot children’s pool. Other work included 13,450 square feet of pool decks and 700 linear feet of fencing.
The clubhouse was completed in December 2005, and the poolhouse was completed in May 2006.
