The UNOS Headquarters Building was constructed in downtown Richmond's Biotechnology Research Park and was completed in December of 2002.

The five-story complex includes 80,000 square feet of steel framed office space situated adjacent to and atop a 208-car, post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking garage, resting on a 77-post caisson foundation.

KBS was the Construction Manager for the project. The project, originally scheduled for 13 months, was completed two months early. Working on a fast track schedule, the building continued to be designed and refined at each continuing stage.
