The new four-story Class A office building is constructed of steel and brick veneer. The project is taking place in a fast track eight-month schedule which includes sitework and a 50,000-square-foot tenant fit-out on the third and fourth floors.

The lobby of the shell building includes ornamental granite elevator surrounds, solid wood paneling and stone tile flooring. The tenant upfit package on third and fourth floors contains a marlite-paneled lobby and boardroom entrance and interior windows with solid cherry trim.

The project is located in the Stony Point Business Park near Powhite Parkway and is identical to the Stony Point III building.
