This 33,000-square-foot, two-story, Class A office building was constructed with tilt-up concrete wall panels and a structural steel frame. Aluminum curtainwall, storefront windows and entrances articulate its modern facades. Associated site work consisted of grading, driveways and parking for approximately 155 cars on a 2.3-acre site.
