Convergence III is a 99,000-square-foot Class A Office Building located off Independence Boulevard in the Central Business District of Virginia Beach.
The six-story building is the fourth addition to the master planned office park. The building is a steel frame structure with concrete slabs and a pre-cast concrete and curtainwall exterior skin. Site development includes grading, paving, a foot bridge, multi-tiered entry pavers and site lighting.
