West Broad Village is a mixed-use, lifestyle center offering several multi-residential components, a high-rise office building and retail spaces. Phase I is currently under construction and includes the 339 apartments above retail space. Subsequent phases in the 115-acre village will include three retail / commercial buildings totaling more than 180,000-square-feet, a community center and pool and other various outparcel buildings.

Located within the development are restaurants, a hotel, banking, and a variety of retail stores, including Whole Foods Market which is currently under construction by KBS. The site design includes small parks, ponds and community-gathering areas, as well as sidewalks and walking trails. KBS is also the Construction Manager overseeing the site development of the project.
