West Broad Village is a mixed-use, lifestyle center offering several multi-residential components, a high-rise office building and retail spaces.
Phase I includes 339 apartments above retail space within three of the four prominent city blocks.

Subsequent phases in the 115-acre village includes four retail / commercial buildings totaling more than 250,000-square-feet, a community center and pool and other various outparcel buildings.
Located within the development are restaurants, a hotel, banking, and a variety of retail stores, including Whole Foods Market which was constructed by KBS.

The site design includes small parks, ponds and community-gathering areas, as well as sidewalks and walking trails.

KBS is also the Construction Manager overseeing the site development of the project.
