The project, which was built on a 10-acre site, includes a clubhouse, poolhouse, six apartment buildings and 12 six-bay garage buildings. The one and two-bedroom units have security systems, surround sound systems, high-speed Internet connections, nine-foot ceilings with some including dens. The six main buildings have interior hallways and monumental central lobbies with elevators, and the exterior heat pump condensers are hidden in rooftop wells.

The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a fountain pool, state-of-the-art exercise facility, billiard room including a bar and home theatre with a large projection screen, surround sound and oversized seating. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing portions of the project were design / build.
