The project included renovation of two separate eight-floor apartment buildings originally constructed in 1972.

Construction included the addition of two new laundry rooms, added exercise facility, business center, in-home theater room, new maintenance facilties and new leasing offices. Low-voltage chases were built in each unit.

Exterior construction included new parking lots with bio-retention basins, landscaping and a swimming pool with fountain. Additionally, KBS performed structural renovations and painted the buildings' exteriors. Ground-floor breezeways were enclosed with glass curtainwall.

Upgrades included new carpet, paint and light fixtures throughout corridors and common areas of both buildings. All work was performed while the buildings were occupied requiring close coordination and communication.
