Addison at Crater Woods includes the construction of 234 one- and two-bedroom apartment units. Each apartment ranges from 925 to 1,290 square feet. The building exteriors are comprised of cultured stone veneer and cementitious plank siding with square composite trim, which lend to a craftsman-style appearance.
The complex also includes a 6,000-square-foot community center with a cyber cafe and weight room. There are 40 garages for lease to residents. Additionally, residents have access to a swimming pool and carwash.
