Addison at Crater Woods includes the construction of 234 one- and two-bedroom apartment units. Each apartment ranges from 925 to 1,290 square feet and features black appliances. The buildings have stone and siding veneer exterior and there are square trim details, both of which help achieve a craftsman-style appearance.
The complex also includes a 6,000-squarefoot community building with a cyber cafe and weight room. There are 40 garages for lease to residents. Additionally, residents of Addison at Crater Woods have access to a swimming pool and carwash.
