West Broad Village is a 115-acre mixed-use, lifestyle
center offering several multi-residential components,
a high-rise office building and retail spaces.
Phase I included the construction of 339 apartments above retail space.
Other phases in the village included the construction of Whole Foods, HomeGoods, REI and South University totaling more than 180,000-square-feet, a community center with a pool and other various outparcel buildings.
Located within the development are restaurants, a hotel, banking, and a variety of retail stores. The site design includes small parks, ponds and community-gathering areas, as well as sidewalks and walking trails. KBS is also the Construction Manager overseeing the site development of the project.
