KBS provided design / build services for the construction of a new 110,000-square-foot rebar fabrication facility and offices located in the King George Industrial Park. The project includes the construction of rail access to existing lines in addition to rail car storage.
The facility has a capacity of 50,000 tons and serves customers in the Baltimore area and throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
