KBS constructed 3,000 square feet of new interior offices, a 1,000-square-foot mezzanine and a new 107,000-square-foot warehouse addition, including a 9,600-square-foot wine cooler.
The new warehouse was concrete tilt-up construction with a steel frame. Upon completion of the warehouse 5,000 square feet of the existing office area was renovated.
