In five months, KBS constructed this 130,000-square-foot office/warehouse building. The facility has 124,026 square feet of storage space, 4,094 square feet of office space and a 1,199-square-foot break room and kitchen area.
The single-story building has a structural steel frame and over 100 tilt-up cast-in-place concrete panels. The owner and architect worked closely with KBS to ensure the timely completion of such a fast-paced project.
