Originally built in 1852, the four-story tobacco warehouse was transformed into 24 luxury apartment units, some with lofts. Heavy timber columns and beams inside the building have been incorporated into the interior design of the units and hallways. The project, located on East Franklin Street in downtown Richmond, was completed in February of 2003.
