Built in 1902, the adaptive reuse of this project will add 153 apartment units, including three twostory penthouse units, and three retail spaces to Richmond's Shockoe Bottom.
The units, one to four-bedrooms ranging in size from 600-1100 square feet, will feature stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, hardwood floors and exposed beams.
The building's original structure consisting of concrete and wood joists and beams will be preserved and will serve at the primary architectural feature. Among the building's luxury amenities, residents will enjoy a rooftop pool. The penthouse apartment will have direct access to the pool area and a private patio overlooking the pool.
