Originally part of the cigar factory in the Edgeworth Tobacco warehouse complex, the three buildings that comprise Haxall View now house 17 loft apartments with one- and two-bedroom units, as well as an office, a restaurant and retail shops.
The restaurant includes a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a lower-level parking deck. Because of the historic urban location, loft residents are within walking distance of fine dining and several Richmond attractions.
