KBS Institute “Quality Management for Curtain Wall Installation”

The next session of KBS Institute on Wednesday, May 16th will focus on Quality Management for Curtain Walls. The folks at ECS have agreed to give us this training and have prepared a comprehensive presentation for us. This presentation focuses on key points and methods to ensure proper Curtain Wall installation the first time. It will also highlight common mistakes to be avoided to eliminate the need for remediation, removal, and replacement of completed work. Proper management of communication and coordination between all parties involved will be emphasized as a key theme.
